The villa provides 2,215 sqft living area and a large west-facing lanai with solar heated pool, spa, private boat dock and boat lift (coming soon). Large sliding doors allow you to connect the living/dining area to the 494 sqtf lanai, also equipped with LED TV, creating that special Florida lifestyle.

After entering your access code at the entrance, you will enter the living and dining area with separate den and fully equipped luxury kitchen, modern, comfortable couch with large LED TV, a dining table with six comfortable chairs and a pool table complete the exceptional ambiance.

The master suite offers every comfort you would expect in such a home: Large bedroom with king-size bed, direct access to the pool area, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom, with walk-in shower, bathtub, two sinks and a separate toilet.

The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, TV and closet. Sliding doors also provide direct access to the pool area. The bathroom provides a shower, sink and toilet.

The third bedroom is also equipped with a king-size bed, TV and closet, and the adjoining bathroom offers every comfort.

The entire living area is air-conditioned, equipped with free high-speed WiFi, and has a phone for domestic calls, plenty of beach towels, towels for each bathroom and pool towels.
Next to the kitchen you will find the laundry room with washer and dryer as well and access to the 2-car garage.
