The open floor plan of 2,234 sqft with high ceilings offers a spacious living area with open kitchen and kitchen counter, dining area for 6 people, master bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom en suite (double washstand, freestanding bathtub, large shower, separate toilet). There are 2 guest rooms available for guests, also with king-size beds and bathrooms.
The lanai offers space for up to 6 people and comfortable long chairs for sunbathing. A gas grill and a bar with 6 bar chairs are available for a cosy barbecue. In the oversized, heated pool with spa, even the little ones can splash around on the sunledge. There is also a pool fence available. From the boat dock with a boat lift you can start your boat tours into the Gulf of Mexico.
How to get to your vacation home in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach:
The nearest airport is Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). It’s only a 30 minutes drive to Cape Coral. Also Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is 40 minutes away and connects to many airports in the northern part of the US. Alternative flight routes are Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA), Atlanta International Airport (ATL), Newark International Airport (EWR) und Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). In any case it is a good idea to rent a car to reach local supermarket, restaurants and beaches.
