Our Villa Lakeside is located on Lake Brittany deep in the Southwest of Cape Coral. The electric heated Pool has a Spa with a southern exposure and on the huge dock you will find a Tiki hut with seating area. The huge covered Lanai has a summer kitchen with grill, refrigerator and icemaker. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Of course the house has a wireless internet connection.
A Boat is also availabe for rent: 23 feet Sea Ray 220 Select is for rent at 10 % discount for renters of Villa Lakeside. Bowrider with 5.0 L Mercruiser,duoprop, 260 HP, radio/stereo, GPS colour maps and VHF.
Price is $945 per week, plus Tax and $145 instruction fee from our captain.
