Our service coveres amongst others:
- weekly checks of your house (inside and outside), includes checks for damages on the poolcage, check of the garden, check of the aircondition and much more.
- weekly check of the irrigation system
- weekly emptying of the mailbox and processing of the mail
- payment of your invoices (if you have a property management account with us)
- monitoring of the Poolservice, Lawnservice, Pestcontrol and the Cleaning Crew
- supervising of possible repairs, organisation of repairwork
- monthly statements (if you have a property management account with us)
The monthly charges for the Property Management are $120 for a single family home and $80 for a Condo.
Other Services:
If you want to remodel or furnish your home, we will be glad to assist you. We take care of estimates, coordinate and supervise remodellings and receive shippings for you. We take pictures of every step of the remodelling process. We also are very happy to help you with the decoration and the furnishing of the house.
If you want, we can check in your guests after arrival and check them out when they leave. Of course are we reading the power meter at arrival and departure of the guests (you will get a Check In / Check Out Sheet)
