The house backs on to an intersectional canal which leads to almost all bigger Cape Coral lakes. Fish or boat from its private dock (boats may be rented in the area).

The nearby shopping at Belltower or Edison Mall is fantastic, and there are many wonderful restaurants, cinemas and theatres within 15 minutes drive away. This is a wonderful base for exploring Florida's Gulf Coast. The property, landscaped with palms and tropical trees, is in an area of outstanding beauty and is in a very quiet and peaceful community.
