Our Villa Avalon was built in a Mexican style and offers on its 2,000 sft 3 bedrooms with flatscreen TV's and 2 bathrooms.
Of course free WiFi internet is available.
A nice, fully equipped big kitchen, several eating aereas and a huge, cozy livingroom and a seperate office complete the picture.
On the outside a huge pool deck with seating areas, chaise lounges, a huge hammock for 2 person and a gas grill awaits you.
The house is in a central, yet quiet neighbourhood.
All shops, restaurants and the Cape Coral Beach are within a few driving minutes
How to get to your vacation home in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach:
The nearest airport is Fort Myers International Airport (RSW). It’s only a 30 minutes drive to Cape Coral. Also Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is 40 minutes away and connects to many airports in the northern part of the US. Alternative flight routes are Miami International Airport (MIA), Tampa International Airport (TPA), Atlanta International Airport (ATL), Newark International Airport (EWR) und Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). In any case it is a good idea to rent a car to reach local supermarket, restaurants and beaches.
